Biodiversity Projects

As part of our commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance Sustainability (ESG), we have started to introduce biodiversity sites across our neighbourhoods.

Alongside our contractors, we have made the commitment to introduce 5 new sites each year. You can see some progress photos of our first 3 below.

We have taken some brilliant learnings from the projects so far and are looking forward to meeting with Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust in July to learn more about how we can keep improving.

We aim to introduce more wildflower and biodiversity sites across our neighbourhoods, so if you know of an area that might work, add your suggestion in the ideas board below!

🌳Please also fill in the survey below to help us understand how we can improve our green spaces for you! 🌸🌿

  • 🌿 Green space refers to areas of natural or planted vegetation in urban or rural environments. These include parks, gardens, woodlands, sports fields, and other open spaces with grass, trees, and plants.  They can be publicly or privately owned and serve recreational, ecological, and aesthetic purposes. 🌿

We currently have a Hull University student working with us on a biodiversity project. 🌍✨

We want to gain an understanding of your knowledge and opinions of local green spaces and provide any guidance or information you would like to see.

To help us please fill in short survey 💚

This survey will be used by the Lincolnshire Housing Partnership to analyse customer's perspectives of green spaces to better understand our customer's needs going forward.
