Orchard Trees

Did you know that we planted 29 orchard trees across our neighbourhoods earlier this year? This was in addition to 150 saplings planted in partnership with The Conservation Volunteers I Dig Trees scheme!

As part of Green Week, we met with the South-East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership to undertake some maintenance on the trees.

The trees are thriving, with one customer explaining that the local children have been “really excited to see that some of them have already started growing apples”!

We have a target to introduce five new biodiversity sites every year within our ESG Framework Launch of ESG Strategy - Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (lincolnshirehp.com) , and will continue to enhance our green spaces for local wildlife and our customers.
