Virtual Customer Meeting

Increasing Customer Influence

One of our key focuses going forward is to increase your influence as a customer; and a key way we aim to achieve this is by giving you more opportunities to get involved and ask questions.

The Virtual Customer Meetings will be held online via Microsoft Teams, and they are done in 'town hall' style to give you a chance to ask us questions on anything you want to know more about. At our first edition, we have welcomed Ceri as our host, alongside Mark Coupland, our Executive Director of Customers, and Glen Finch, our Head of Repairs & Voids. Customers were free to ask questions on anything they like, and we have answered as many as we can fit in 30 minutes. During first session in February 2025 we had technical issues and therefore only shared FAQs from the session. However going forward we have shared a copy of the session on our website for you and other customers to watch back if they couldn’t attend.

The event was a success and we will continue to hold Virtual Customer Meetings every quarter, rotating guests and themes and allowing customers to quiz us on the issues that matter most to you, and giving us a platform to share the work we are doing as we refresh our corporate plan.

We have emailed all our customers inviting them to register for this event, and we will be sharing it on our social media in the run up to the big day. Customers need to complete a simple form to register to attend on the day – check out the special page we’ve created on our website for more details. Please spread the word and encourage other customers to join in if they can – and rest assured, we are hoping to hold future events in the slots that allow more customers the chance to attend.

Please vote on this poll to let us know the best slot that suits you.

All customers are welcome to attend!

  • Our Customer Meetings are back!

Nicola Ebdon has announced that following the success of our Virtual Customer Meetings held earlier this year in February and May, we're pleased to announce the next round of meetings specifically designed to strengthen our engagement with our customers.

This time round, we’re introducing a broader format that includes both virtual and in-person meetings, offering customers more flexibility in how they connect with us.

We've listened to customer feedback, and the next set of meetings are themed on everything that matters most in their homes – repairs and planned work.

Each meeting will follow the same format; customers will get responses to questions they submitted before the session, followed by then being able to ask us anything they’d like to know more about in a live Q&A.

Three meetings are scheduled to take place in September and October:

    • 16 September 2025 - In person at Elliot House, Albion Street, Grimsby, from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.

Hosted by Nicola Ebdon, Interim Deputy Chief Executive, and Jason Cannon, Director of Repairs.

    • 13 October 2025 - Online via Microsoft Teams from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.

Hosted by Nicola Ebdon, Charlotte Johnson, Executive Director of Property, and Jason Cannon.

    • 16 October 2025 - In person at Hinton Court, Fenside Road, Boston, from 10:30am to 12:30pm.

Hosted by Shaun Harley, Interim Chief Executive, Charlotte Johnson, and Jason Cannon.

Each meeting is open for anyone to attend. Customers don’t need to come with a specific question in mind, they're able to just turn up and listen in.

    In-Person Meetings

At our in-person meetings, we’ll be welcoming customers with tea, coffee and cakes!

The meetings will have a simple format. For the first half, we’ll have a relaxed and open chat where customers can grab a drink and get settled. We’ll then give a short five minute presentation with some key updates on what we’ve been working on lately, before getting stuck into the questions.

    Online Meetings

At our online meeting, customers can join via Microsoft Teams. To attend our online meeting, customers must register beforehand to receive a joining link for the meeting.

The online meeting will have a simpler format – we’ll start with a short five minute presentation and then dive straight into the question section.

All information has been sent to customers via email, as well as being available on our social media channels and our website: Customer Meetings - Lincolnshire Housing Partnership

We're really looking forward to the opportunity to connect with our customers and answer some of their questions!
