One of our key focuses going forward is to increase your influence as a customer; and a key way we aim to achieve this is by giving you more opportunities to get involved and ask questions.
The Virtual Customer Meetings will be held online via Microsoft Teams, and they are done in 'town hall' style to give you a chance to ask us questions on anything you want to know more about. At our first edition, we have welcomed Ceri as our host, alongside Mark Coupland, our Executive Director of Customers, and Glen Finch, our Head of Repairs & Voids. Customers were free to ask questions on anything they like, and we have answered as many as we can fit in 30 minutes. During first session in February 2025 we had technical issues and therefore only shared FAQs from the session. However going forward we have shared a copy of the session on our website for you and other customers to watch back if they couldn’t attend.
The event was a success and we will continue to hold Virtual Customer Meetings every quarter, rotating guests and themes and allowing customers to quiz us on the issues that matter most to you, and giving us a platform to share the work we are doing as we refresh our corporate plan.
We have emailed all our customers inviting them to register for this event, and we will be sharing it on our social media in the run up to the big day. Customers need to complete a simple form to register to attend on the day – check out the special page we’ve created on our website for more details. Please spread the word and encourage other customers to join in if they can – and rest assured, we are hoping to hold future events in the slots that allow more customers the chance to attend.
Please vote on this poll to let us know the best slot thatsuits you.
All customers are welcome to attend!
