Consultation on Repairs & Maintenance Policy

We are reviewing Repairs & Maintenance Policy and looking for your feedback and suggestions,

This policy sets out how we deliver a high-quality repairs service to our customers and meet our legal obligations as a landlord to ensure that our properties and customers’ homes are properly maintained.

There is suggestion to change paragraph 49 - Quality Control, to detail volumes and instances of post inspections in separate policy.

There are no changes to the current version of the policy based on legislation, however we want to know if there is something that would make it easier read or improve it otherwise.

You can read the policy in full in the Documents section and see dedicated page on LHP website under Important Links section on this page.

We know there are ways we can improve this service, and we need you to tell us what is important to you, so that we can design and deliver a refreshed repairs service around your needs.

What do you think of the current repairs LHP are responsible for ? Should we do more/less ?

What do you think of the repairs tenants are responsible for ?

Is the policy clear and easy to understand ?
