The roles previously known as Money Support Advisors has now been rebranded as Tenancy Coaches.
•Under the new model, the Income Team will be split into two distinct sections:
•Income Collection and Arrears Recovery – comprising of our Income Officers and Former Arrears Officer
•Tenancy Sustainment – comprising of our Tenancy Coaches and Income Advisors
