  TSM	Tenant Satisfaction Measures	A way to see how well a social housing landlord is performing. There are 22 Measures - 12 based on Customer Satisfaction and 10 about landlord performance. These must be published in Autumn 2024.
  TUPE	Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations	Moving employees and any liabilities associated with them from the old employer to the new employer by operation of law. Purpose is to protect employees if the business in which they are employed changes hands.
