Making It Real sees a collaboration across the Health and Social Care sector. Organisations will be represented from across the life course, family and community, showcasing a taste of all NEL has to offer.

With over 30 stands and stalls showcasing organisations from across the community, statutory and voluntary health and social care organisations.

This drop in session will allow you to meet other health and social care professionals, develop your professional networks, learn more about services across the system over a coffee and a biscuit.

Making It Real in NEL is a series of events designed to build stronger connections to support the sector to develop professional alliances, that focus on the wellbeing of residents, improving outcomes without an over-reliance on more traditional forms of care and support.

In North East Lincolnshire, children, young people, families and adults are at the centre of everything we do.  Relationships unite us  and there is a  real commitment to ensuring the right support, at the right time by the right person.

Who is this event for?

Professionals, Community Practitioners, Health and Social Care Professionals, Community Organisations, VCSE groups, Front Line Teams and Managers, CPD and revalidation Time.

 To support residents to complete the survey, NELC have set up a number of in person drop sessions, residents can attend if they would like any help to complete the survey, or would like to share any further feedback with us about the policy. Attached posters for each drop in session for your information and for sharing across your networks, and with customers who may find this offer of value to them.
