New Bench Approved for Pelham Road Community Garden

Customers at Pelham Road, Immingham, will soon be able to enjoy their communal garden even more, thanks to successful partnership working between LHP, North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) and the Immingham Ward Councillors.

The new bench was identified through local neighbourhood discussions, with customers highlighting the importance of having a welcoming outdoor space where they can sit, relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Following these conversations, funding was successfully secured to install a new bench within the communal garden, helping to enhance a valued green space at the heart of the community.

This project demonstrates how listening to customers and working collaboratively with local partners can deliver meaningful improvements that make a real difference to everyday life.

The investment forms part of LHP's commitment to delivering neighbourhood improvements through engagement with customers and communities, creating greener, more welcoming places that people are proud to call home.
