Shine Awards are annual event. We've closed applications for now. When it is time to review it again we will be looking for your feedback!

Every year we look back on what we have done well and celebrate it to share the positivity.

This year we'd love your help in picking the winners of The Shine Awards for each category!

The Shine Awards are an opportunity to formally recognise and shine a light on those colleagues and teams who have gone above and beyond; who have consistently lived our values; who have put customers first and provided amazing services to everyone they encounter, day in, day out. And we want you to help us narrow down the nominations we've received!

Colleagues were able to nominate other colleagues in the following 7 categories:

  • Customer Champions Award: For the person or team who puts the Customer First when they deliver our services.
  • Collaboration Award: For the person or team who shows exceptional teamwork and works Together.
  • Continuous Improvement Award: For the person or team who shows they Listen, Act on feedback and ensure we Learn as an organisation.
  • ESG Champion Award: For the person or team who champions everything related to ESG: Environment, Social, and Governance sustainability.
  • Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Champion Award: For the person or team who champions making LHP a more equal, diverse, and inclusive place to work.
  • Rising Star Award: For the person who has shown progress, commitment, and a desire to grow.
  • Customer Impact Award: For the person who has impacted a single customer or family the most.

We're inviting you to join the shortlisting session, on Friday 2nd August 10am - 12pm.
