We want every neighbourhood to be a place you’re proud to call home.
When we talk about a great neighbourhood, we all mean slightly different things, it might be feeling safe, having green space, or knowing your neighbours.
Place Strategy is our plan for making sure your neighbourhood is a great place to live, now and in the future.
The Place Standard helps us listen to what matters most and focus our efforts where they’ll make the biggest difference.
This builds on the work we’ve already started with our Neighbourhood Action Plans, and sets out how we’ll invest in places, listen to you, and work with local partners to make a real difference.

What should LHP focus on in the future?
We're exploring what success could look and feel like by 2030, and we'd like to hear what you think. By 2030, what would you like it to be like to live in an LHP home and be an LHP customer?
We're developing LHP's new Corporate Strategy for 2027–2030, our plan for what we want to achieve over the next three years and we want our customers to help shape it.
We've put together a short survey to find out what matters most to you, what you think LHP should focus on and whether there is anything important we've missed.
The survey is open until 30 September, and we'd really value your views.

You can call us: 0345 604 1472.When answering, we'd like you to look ahead to 2030. This isn't about rating LHP today, it's about what you think we should aim to achieve in the future.
We want to hear what matters to you, including anything you think we have missed. We'll look at what you tell us alongside what we hear from other customers and colleagues to help shape our priorities for 2027–2030.
The survey will not automatically collect personal details such as your name or email address unless you choose to provide them.
What happens next?
This survey is just the start. In the autumn, we'll share what customers and colleagues have told us and there will be more opportunities for customers to help develop the strategy.
