  • Telecare - Introducing LHP's integrated telecare and monitoring service

    At Lincolnshire Housing Partnership, we offer a range of useful options to help you or your loved ones keep their independence at home. We support thousands of happy customers across Lincolnshire to live independently in their own homes or provide additional care in our sheltered living accommodation.

    With our Lincolnshire Telecare Service, we support independence at home with our pendants and extra addons, designed to give you peace of mind if you have an accident in your home. This is backed up by our Lifeline Team, who are available to respond to emergencies and provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    We have built a reputation for delivering exceptional standards of service, achieving accreditation to the TEC Services Association’s Quality Standards Framework as well as being awarded the Customer Service Excellence Standard. By utilising the very best in technical solutions we provide a full range of installation, repair, maintenance and monitoring services.

    Around 166,000 people live with Parkinson’s in the UK. Parkinson's is on the rise. In the UK today, someone is diagnosed every 20 minutes. By 2050, the number of people with Parkinson’s worldwide will double to 25 million.

    Stroke Support Groups in East Lindsey

    See below details of two groups in East Lindsey. Both provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where stroke survivors and their carers can come together to connect, support one another, share experiences, and build meaningful social connections.

    Horncastle/Woodhall Spa - Ran by Stroke Lincs

    Meet on the 1st Thursday of every month at 10.15am-12.45pm at Horncastle Community Centre, Horncastle, LN9 5HF

    Fun days as well - on 13th August they are going for a day to play cricket and croquet with some tuition and "matches".

    Staff, patients, residents, partners and stakeholders are invited to share their views on a proposal to relocate the Skegness Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) from Skegness Hospital to a new purpose-built clinical area within the Skegness Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC).

    The proposed move would keep the UTC in Skegness, with no changes to opening hours or the care provided. The new location would offer a modern, purpose-designed environment to support high-quality patient care and help meet future demand.

    Feedback will help shape decisions on the future location, design and layout of the service. The survey is open until 29 October, and everyone is encouraged to take part and share it with their networks.
