Grange autumn celebration!

On Wednesday 29 October, we’ll be hosting our autumn celebration on the Grange, between 11:00am – 1:00pm!

The event will be held at the Grange Community Centre and will be packed with seasonal fun, as well as useful tips for staying safe on Halloween and Bonfire Night.

Both Humberside Police and Humberside Fire and Rescue will be in attendance, bringing a police riot van as well as a fire engine for customers to look round!

There’ll be giant Jenga and Halloween games, as well as some autumnal freebies up for grabs, such as pumpkins for carving at home!

Our partners from the police and fire service will also be on hand to chat with customers about the local area, as well as offering tips on combatting ASB and practising fire safety.

Voluntary Action North East Lincolnshire (VANEL) will also be in attendance, where they’ll hopefully be handing out some free personal safety devices.

As well as the seasonal festivities, we’re also using the opportunity to host a community clean up, with two skips available for customers to take advantage of.

One skip will be located at the Grange Community Centre, with the other being located on Sherwood Road. Litter picking equipment will also be provided for anyone wanting to help tidy up the area.
