  • Customer Engagement Survey

    Dear customer,

So that we can continually improve the quality of service we provide to you, we would like to invite you to provide us with some feedback on your personal preferences of engagement with LHP.

Customer Engagement is a two-way communication between LHP and its customers that gives tenants the opportunity to provide feedback and give suggestions on service improvement. We use a variety of ways to engage with our customers, including customer events, telephone and postal surveys, face-to-face discussion meetings and focus groups, online forums, estate walkabouts, drop-in sessions, and service improvement panels.

I would be grateful if you could take a few minutes of your time to complete the questionnaire online:

    https://forms.office.com/e/ZZiEwU91PA

The survey will remain open for anyone that would like to give us feedback.

Would you prefer answering this questionnaire over the phone or during a meeting?

We have held an online focus group session on Wednesday 19th July at 12pm to discuss barriers to engagement and alternative suggestions. Since there was interest in alternative timing we have held another hour session on Thursday 27th July at 4:30pm. If there is more interest we may hold more sessions in the future.

We’ve included a link to [this handy tutorial], if you’ve not used Teams before.

If you have any questions about this survey, please contact me on 0345 604 1472 or getinvolved@lincolnshirehp.com.

    Yours sincerely,

    Elwira Brown

    Engagement Officer
