*Shaping our strategy design & survey results - What makes a good strategy; what the survey tells us; what customers want life to look and feel like in the future

Session 2 - Tuesday 3rd November - Boston & online

*Testing the draft strategy - Does the emerging 10-year ambitions and 3-year outcomes for customers reflect what customers have told us? What's missing? Is it clear and accessible?

Session 3 - Wednesday 25th November - Grimsby & online

*Designing the wider consultation - What should we ask customers? How should we explain the strategy? How do we reach customers who don't normally participate?

Session 4 - Wednesday TBC W/C 14th December - Online

*Feedback and update on progress.

Session 5 - Wednesday TBC W/C 22nd February- Boston & online

*Reviewing consultation results - What did customers tell us? What does it mean for the strategy? Are any final changes needed?

Each session builds on the last – customers will be able to see how their involvement has influenced the strategy.
