Great British Bake Off - Autumn return?

It's almost time to head back to Welford Park as The Great British Bake Off returns to screens this autumn and this time, there is a major change on the judging panel.

Earlier this year, it was confirmed that Nigella Lawson would be the new judge, replacing Dame Prue Leith who left the show after nine years.

Leith said she was "thrilled that Nigella is to experience brilliant Bake Off. She’s sassy, fun and she knows her onions — and her croissants, cake and crumble".

Lawson will judge alongside Paul Hollywood, while Alison Hammond and Noel Fielding return as hosts once more.

With one month of summer left to go, it's only fair to start thinking about the autumn and Bake Off is the perfect signifier! A possible return to our screens this September. Watch this space for more details.
