This policy sets out the objectives and methodology LHP takes to ensure there are effective income collection processes in place, balanced against supporting customers to improve their financial capability.
We aim to provide high quality services to our customers and prevent arrears/debts occurring by increasing the customers’ financial awareness and ability to pay supported by offering a range of payment methods. This is balanced by firm action to obtain payments where necessary.
