Purpose: To review and maintain standards within Cleethorpes as a green neighbourhood, identify any emerging issues, and coordinate actions to ensure the area continues to perform well.

Agenda:

Review neighbourhood performance and key issues.
Estate and environmental updates.
ASB and community safety review.
Resident feedback and engagement opportunities.
Partnership updates.
Review of outstanding actions and agree next steps.
Identify any emerging risks or priorities.

Frequency: Bi-monthly (every two months)

Outcome: Proactive management of the neighbourhood, early identification of issues, and continued delivery of a clean, safe and sustainable community for residents.

Chair: Neighbourhood Team Leader

Attendees: Neighbourhood Officers and relevant partners as required.
